Ajay Sareen

Mr.Ajay with 15 years of widespread experience in Channel Development, and Promotions at National level and with over 15 years experience in Hospitality has day – to – day control of the development and strategy for the company , dealing with existing clients and investigating new business development , it is no surprise to find that he is extraordinary particular when it comes to details.

Ajay also believes that a company must wholeheartedly invest in it's staff and the success of his business is based on the positive energy he and all his staff exude.

Ms. Preeti is a competent professional with 17 years of rich experience with companies like United Color of Benetton , Usha International & Shri Ram Group etc . An expert in managing and performing a variety of Tasks. She quit her lucrative job wanted to introduce an innovative corporate catering company that supplies authentic and home made food from a central kitchen with commendable hospitality and service . Heads the food and menu development team controlling new product sourcing and management of the company distribution chain.

Preeti is the Food Production- Director & Founder of Triple Crown Caterers and has worked in the event planning industry since 2007 . She has held every position in the business and is thoroughly versed in all aspects of Operations and Management . She is the Primary Creative force behind TCC.

Aman Sarin

Director - Marketing

Mr. Aman graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication . Pursued his masters in acting and before getting into Corporate Catering Services worked with companies like Hindustan Times , Cosmopolitan Magazine , Kingdom of Dreams and Rajishri Productions.

While working for the above companies he always felt that the food served to him or to employees was very monotonous and being a foodie himself he always wanted to break that monotony by doing something in the same field and that's how he made a team and came up with the idea of getting into Corporate Catering Services.

He has been associated with industry for last 4 years . His titles include Marketing – Director, Sales supervision and Entertainment Coordination.

Mrs. Poonam heads up the Personal and Training team in health , safety and food hygiene for the company . She has an extensive general HR background having previously worked with some of well renowned multinational companies . As an example of 'Succession Planning' in action , she moved into the role Human Resouces – Director in August – 2014.

Poonam's role with Triple Crown Caterers gives her responsibility for Human Resources , Learning and Development & Safety and Welbeing.
